Role
In the Role and Permission section of Plan A ERP, you can manage the roles and permissions assigned to different users. Here's how you can configure role-based access control:
Add Role: You can create new roles based on your organization's structure and requirements. Assign a name and description to each role to clearly define its purpose.
Edit Role: Modify the details of existing roles, such as the role name and description. This allows you to update role information as needed.
Set Permissions: Define the permissions associated with each role. You can specify what actions and functionalities users with that role can access within the ERP system.
Delete Role: If a role is no longer needed, you can delete it. Keep in mind that this action may affect the permissions and access of users assigned to that role.
By managing roles and permissions, you can ensure that users have appropriate access to system features and data based on their responsibilities and organizational requirements. This helps maintain data integrity and security within the ERP system.
