Taxes: You can manage your tax settings by setting up tax names and rates. This feature enables you to define different tax rates for specific regions or tax categories. You can view the existing taxes as a list, add new taxes, edit existing taxes, or delete unused taxes.
Product-Service & Income-Expense Categories: This feature allows you to define and manage categories for your products, services, income, and expenses. You can assign specific names and types to each category, making it easier to track and categorize your financial transactions. You can view the existing categories as a list, add new categories, edit existing categories, or delete unused categories.
Product & Service Units: You can set up units of measurement for your products and services. This feature helps you define the standard units in which your products or services are measured. You can view the existing units as a list, add new units, edit existing units, or delete unused units.
Custom Fields: The custom field feature allows you to add additional fields to various entities within the accounting system. You can define custom fields for users, customers, vendors, products, proposals, invoices, bills, and accounts. This provides flexibility in capturing specific information that is unique to your business. You can add custom fields with appropriate labels and data types, ensuring that you collect the necessary information for your accounting processes.
