Warning
In the Warning section of Plan A ERP, you have the ability to add or view warnings issued within the organization. Here are the key features of the Warning module:
Add Warning: You can enter the details of a warning, including the person issuing the warning (Warning By), the employee receiving the warning (Warning To), the subject of the warning, the date when the warning was issued (Warning Date), and a description explaining the reason for the warning.
Warning By and Warning To: The system allows you to select the individuals involved in the warning process. The "Warning By" field indicates the person who issued the warning, while the "Warning To" field specifies the employee who received the warning.
Subject: You can provide a subject or title for the warning, which briefly summarizes the nature or reason for the warning. This helps in categorizing and identifying the warning easily.
Warning Date: The date on which the warning was issued is recorded in the system. This helps in maintaining an accurate timeline of warning events.
Description: The description field allows you to provide a detailed explanation of the warning, including any specific incidents, behaviors, or actions that led to the warning. This information helps in clarifying the circumstances surrounding the warning.
View Warning: The system provides a view where you can see all the warnings that have been issued. This view includes the details of the warning, such as the person who issued the warning, the employee who received it, the subject, the warning date, and the description.
By utilizing the Warning module in Plan A ERP, you can effectively document and track warnings within your organization. This helps in maintaining a record of disciplinary actions, promoting accountability, and ensuring consistent enforcement of policies and guidelines.
