User Log
In the User Log section of Plan A ERP, you can view user logs and track user activities within the system. The following information is available for each user log entry:
User Name: The name or username of the user who performed the activity.
Role: The role or permission assigned to the user.
Last Login: The date and time of the user's last login.
IP: The IP address from which the user logged in.
Device: The device used to access the system (e.g., desktop, laptop, mobile).
OS: The operating system of the device.
Status: The status of the user (e.g., active, inactive).
Country: The country where the user is located.
Country Code: The country code associated with the user's location.
Region: The region or state within the country.
Region Name: The name of the region or state.
City: The city where the user is located.
Zip: The postal code or ZIP code.
Latitude: The latitude coordinate of the user's location.
Longitude: The longitude coordinate of the user's location.
Timezone: The timezone of the user's location.
ISP: The internet service provider of the user.
Org: The organization or company associated with the user's internet connection.
AS: The autonomous system number.
Query: The query or search term used by the user (if applicable).
Browser Name: The name of the web browser used by the user.
OS Name: The name of the operating system.
Browser Language: The language preference of the user's browser.
Device Type: The type of device used (e.g., desktop, tablet, mobile).
Referrer Host: The host or website from which the user accessed the system.
Referrer Path: The path or URL of the page from which the user accessed the system.
By viewing user logs, you can monitor user activities, track login information, and gain insights into user behavior within the system. This helps ensure security, accountability, and effective management of user accounts.
