Proposals
The Proposals feature allows you to create and manage proposals for customers. Here are the key functionalities:
Proposal Table: View a table listing all proposals, including the proposal category, issue date, status, and various actions you can take, such as converting to an invoice, duplicating, showing, editing, or deleting the proposal.
View Proposal Details: When clicking on a proposal's ID or view button, you can access detailed information about the proposal. This includes all customer details, such as their name, contact information, email, and billing address.
Edit Proposal: Modify the content and details of the proposal, including product information, pricing, and applicable taxes. This allows you to customize the proposal based on the customer's requirements.
Send Proposal: Send the proposal to the customer for review and approval. You can easily share the proposal by generating a QR code, which the customer can use to access and review the proposal online.
Change Proposal Status: Update the status of the proposal based on its progress. You can mark it as pending, approved, rejected, or any other relevant status to keep track of the proposal's status in the sales process.
Convert Proposal to Invoice: If the proposal is accepted by the customer, you can easily convert it into an invoice. This allows for seamless transition from the proposal stage to the actual billing process.
The Proposals feature provides you with a comprehensive toolset to create, manage, and track proposals for your customers. It enables you to streamline your sales process, customize proposals, and maintain clear communication with customers regarding pricing, products, and terms.
