Time sheet
In the Plan A ERP system, you can access a timesheet list that includes entries for all tasks and projects. The timesheet list provides a comprehensive overview of the time spent on each task and project, allowing you to track and manage the hours worked by your team members.
The timesheet list typically includes the following information:
Project Name: The name or title of project
Task Name: The name or title of the task related with project.
Date: The date or dates on which the work was performed.
Hours Worked: The number of hours worked on the task or project for each specific date.
Total Hours: The total accumulated hours worked on the task or project.
The timesheet list provides an overview of the logged hours for each task and project, helping you monitor the progress, track productivity, and ensure accurate billing and reporting. It allows you to easily view and manage timesheet entries across all tasks and projects, ensuring efficient time tracking and allocation of resources
To add a timesheet entry from the project section, follow these steps:
Navigate to the project section within the Plan A ERP system.
Select the specific project for which you want to add a timesheet entry.
Select date
Locate the task or activity for which you want to record time from add task on timesheet.
Enter the relevant details in the timesheet entry form. This include the date, duration of work.
