To generate an employee payslip in Plan A, you can follow these steps:
Select the desired month and year for which you want to generate the payslip. This helps in retrieving the salary and payroll details specific to that period.
Click in Generate payslip
The payslip will display relevant details such as:
Employee ID: Unique identification number assigned to the employee.
Name: Full name of the employee.
Payroll Type: Indicates the type of payroll (e.g., monthly, bi-weekly).
Salary: The employee's base salary or wage.
Net Salary: The final amount the employee receives after deductions and additions.
Status: Indicates the status of the payslip (e.g., pending, processed).
click on the "Payslip" to see all details of the payslip.
