Attendance List
In the "Attendance List" section of Plan A, you can view the attendance details of your employees. The following information is displayed in the attendance list:
Employee: The name of the employee.
Date: The date of attendance.
Status: The attendance status, such as present, absent, or any other relevant status.
Clock In: The time when the employee clocked in for work.
Clock Out: The time when the employee clocked out at the end of the day.
Late: Indicates if the employee arrived late for work.
Early Leaving: Indicates if the employee left early before the scheduled time.
Overtime: Displays any overtime hours worked by the employee.
Bulk Attendance
Additionally, there is a "Bulk Attendance" option available where you can manage attendance for multiple employees at once. It includes the following details:
Employee ID: The unique identification number of the employee.
Employee: The name of the employee.
Branch: The branch or location where the employee is assigned.
Department: The department or division to which the employee belongs.
By accessing the attendance list and using the bulk attendance feature, you can efficiently monitor and manage the attendance records of your employees within Plan A.
