In the Appraisal section, you can view the details of employee appraisals. The following fields are displayed:
Branch: This field indicates the branch of the organization where the employee works. It helps in categorizing employees based on their branch location.
Department: The department field shows the specific department or team to which the employee belongs. It provides information about the employee's functional area within the organization.
Designation: This field represents the job title or position held by the employee. It helps in identifying the employee's role within the company.
Employee: The employee field displays the name or ID of the employee who underwent the appraisal. It allows you to identify the specific employee for whom the appraisal is conducted.
Target Rating: This field indicates the expected or desired rating for the employee's performance. It sets the performance goals or benchmarks against which the employee's actual rating will be compared.
Overall Rating: The overall rating field displays the final rating or assessment of the employee's performance. It represents the overall evaluation of the employee's performance during the appraisal process.
Appraisal Date: This field shows the date on which the appraisal was conducted or finalized. It helps in tracking the timeline of the appraisal process.
By viewing these fields in the Appraisal section, you can gain insights into the performance evaluation of employees across different branches, departments, and designations. It allows you to assess the target ratings, overall ratings, and appraisal dates for each employee, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their performance.
