In the project management module of Plan A ERP, you can efficiently manage and track the progress of your projects. Here are some key features and data points that you can manage:
Project: Create and assign a unique name or identifier to each project.
Status: Track the status of each project, such as "In Progress," "On Hold," "Completed," or "Cancelled."
Users: Assign team members or users to the project, indicating their involvement and responsibilities.
Completion: Monitor the completion percentage or milestone achievements to gauge the progress of the project.
With these project management features, you can effectively monitor the status, track the assigned team members, and measure the progress of your projects. This helps ensure that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
Show Project
When you click on a project name in the Plan A ERP system, you will be able to access detailed project information and various project management features. Here are the key data points and functionalities available:
Total Task: Shows the total number of tasks associated with the project.
Done Task: Displays the number of tasks that have been completed.
Total Budget: Shows the total budget allocated for the project.
Total Expense: Displays the total expenses incurred for the project.
Last 7 Days Task Done: Shows the number of tasks completed in the last 7 days.
Last 7 Days Hours Spent: Displays the total hours spent on the project in the last 7 days.
Days Left: Indicates the number of days remaining to complete the project based on the project timeline.
Additionally, you will find the following project management features and information:
Open Task: Displays the number of open tasks yet to be completed.
Completed Milestone: Shows the number of milestones that have been successfully achieved.
Total Project Time Spent: Displays the total time spent on the project.
Allocated Hours on Task: Shows the allocated hours for each task within the project.
User Assigned: Displays the users assigned to the project.
Members: Shows the members involved in the project, along with their respective images.
Milestones: Displays the milestones associated with the project.
Activity Log: Provides an overview of the project's activity history.
Attachments: Allows you to attach relevant files or documents to the project.
In addition to these features, you can also access the Gantt chart, tracker, expense management, timesheet, bug reporting, task management, and project settings. Furthermore, you have the option to share your project with others, enabling collaborative project management.
